
You must provide your winter confirmation of your financial resources for 2008 no later than February 20, 2009, even if your income has not changed. Remember that you must inform us of any change in your circumstances over the course of the year that might affect the amount of financial assistance awarded to you. By ensuring that your file is up-to-date with accurate information, you will avoid any of a number of inconveniences, such as the suspension of your financial assistance instalments, the obligation to immediately repay a financial assistance overpayment, or the loss of eligibility under the Loans and Bursaries Program or the Loans Program for Part-Time Studies for a two-year period.
You can update or confirm that information on-line. Simply click on Fill out a form under the heading On-Line Access to Your File! After you have filled out the Identification section, click on Full-time forms, then on Confirmation of Financial Resources 2008.
The form allows you to update or confirm the income you reported for 2008 (from January 1 to December 31), and it can be accessed any time until it has been sent.
