Mail us a document

If you are unable to fill out an application on-line or upload a document to your on-line file, you can mail them to us.

How to send your required documents

Step 1

Have the documents you need to send us to complete your file in hand. Important! If you received an e-mail or postal notice about sending us required documents, you also need to attach a copy of it to the requested documents.

Step 2

Write your Permanent Code on every document.

Step 3

Print the transmittal slip, include it with your document package and mail everything to the address below. Don’t have access to a printer?

Important! All your documents must be sent in a single envelope. Once Aide financière aux études receives even one document, it presumes that it has received everything it needs to process your file.
