Eligibility Requirements

• you are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident, refugee or protected person within the meaning of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
• you are a Québec resident or deemed a Québec resident at the time of your application
• you are or will be admitted to an educational institution recognized by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport
• you are pursuing or deemed to be pursuing full-time studies in a recognized program
• you have not exceeded the number of months for which financial assistance may be awarded
• you have not reached the debt limit established for your level of education, type of degree or program
• you do not have sufficient financial resources to pursue your studies
